My Group Is Located All Over The World, Can We Still Play?
Yes, Luna Park does experiences for groups all over the world, however, our hosts are only fluent in English today.
We All Work In An Office Together, Can We Still Play Even Though We Aren’t Remote?
Yes, but each person must use their own device.
My Group Is Not Fluent In American Culture, Can We Still Play?
Yes, Luna Park has hosted experiences for many different cultures and has many games that do not require intense familiarity with American culture.
Some People In Our Group Do Not Speak English Fluently. Will This Be A Barrier?
Yes, Luna Park only hosts games in English today.
Is Luna Park Safe For Work?
Yes, always. If you have particular concerns please let us know in advance of the experience.

No, Luna Park has our professional hosts ready to go for you and it is included in the price.
What If We Need To Cancel Our Event?
We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule your event, please do so with 48hrs notice.
In-Game FAQs
Luna Park Happens On Zoom, Right?
No, Luna Park is a proprietary platform that DOES NOT happen on Zoom, Google Hangouts, or Microsoft Teams. You will be routed to your web browser to experience Luna Park – no need to download anything.
How Will We Communicate With Our Team?
You are placed into an audio and video chat with your team. During the experience, you will always be able to hear and see your team as well as the host, but you will only be able to see the other participant’s webcams.
How Can I Promote The Event To Make Sure My Group Has Strong Attendance?

How Does My Group Access The Game?
We will send a calendar invite to you for the time of the experience. There will be a game link in the calendar invite. Just have your participants click on the game link and they will be routed to the game through their web browser.
How Do I Make Sure My Group Has The Game Link?
You can either add the participants to the calendar invite we send you with the game link, or you can create a new invitation for your participants, but be sure to copy and paste the game link into the new invitation. Without the game link, they will not be able to access Luna Park.
Once We Click The Game Link, What Happens/What Do We Do?
Once you click the game link, you will be routed to your web browser to the Luna Park virtual venue. A prompt will come up for participants to type in the name they would like to be called. You will then go into a lobby, where you can mingle with the other participants until the live host randomizes each participant into teams and the game starts.
What Technical Requirements Do We Need To Play?
Your web browser must allow microphone permissions VPNs and Firewalls must be deactivated< A laptop or desktop computer - we do not support mobile or tablet access today More details can be found here
What If We Have A VPN Or Firewall?
Our domain and services will need to be whitelisted by your IT team or the VPN/Firewall will need to be turned off prior to the experience. For detailed instructions on how to whitelist Luna Park, please refer to our Troubleshooting VPN/Firewall page.
What If Someone Runs Into Technical Difficulties During The Experience?
We will have a live support person in every Luna Park experience to help troubleshoot. Additionally, refreshing your page should solve most technical errors that could occur.

What If We Show Up Early To The Experience?
Before the host arrives and the games kick off, you will be placed into a lobby where you can join virtual rooms to hang out with other members of your group until you are randomized into teams.

The teams will be randomized at the beginning of the experience. We’ve found this is the best way to encourage team building.

Roughly ten mini-games for an hourlong experience.
Is This Just Trivia?
No, Luna Park is not just trivia. We have many different game types beyond pure trivia. More below.

Is There A Prize For The Winning Team?
We encourage a small prize to boost the level of excitement, but it is not required. We are happy to have the host announce that there will be a prize for the winning team.
What Happens If Someone Is Running Late? Will They Be Allowed To Join?
Yes, they will be required to pick a team they want to join once entering the game venue.
What Happens If Someone Has To Leave Early?
That’s fine, they just won’t see the winners and they’re leaving their team with one less member.

The experience will still end at the scheduled time.
