We often hear Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) being tossed around like buzzwords on professional platforms, but strengthening your team to understand everyone's cultural differences builds a more inclusive and equitable workforce. Here at Luna Park, we have an extensive library of DEI and seasonal celebrations that can help reinforce your company L&D training.
What sets our DEI experiences apart is fully interactive, designed for teams, and enjoyable. We also work with relevant individuals embedded within the communities to create the experiences. Our programming is meant to be frictionless and turn key, perfect if you're looking to implement learning and development at your organization. Let's take a look at how each of these categories can provide impact in your L&D plans:
Seasonal and Cultural Games
Our Seasonal and Cultural Games support your diverse workforce focusing on:
- MLK Jr. to foster collaboration and empathy as participants work together to solve puzzles and engage in discussions about Dr. King's achievements and philosophy. This cooperative approach helps to build stronger, more informed, and socially conscious teams.

Conclusion
We have spent time carefully crafting and considering how these games impact not only participants but cross functional understanding of diversity and to foster a compassionate and inclusive atmosphere at your organization. If you think there is something we are missing from this expansive line up, we'd love to hear your thoughts.
As always, Luna Park is here to help champion your DEI experiences and foster a collaborative cross functional environment for all of your needs. If there are any other groups or communities you'd like to see us celebrate, don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Please know that our DEI games do not meet compliance training requirements, they do, however, offer a positive environment for learning and developing empathy and inclusion of the cultural differences of our workforce. They should be used as a complementary part of your current training offerings.
