Communications
To raise awareness of the platform and encourage team building, Superside included Luna Park as an agenda item during town hall and shared engagement stats. Further, they evidence the importance of connection by ending each town hall with a Luna Park game, encouraging teams to do the same.
Solution Champions
Human resources business partners champion Luna Park by encouraging department leaders to schedule out a game each quarter for the year prior to their strategic syncs.

Operationalization
The people team operationalized the Luna Park Slack tools by adding them to existing Slack channels to increase engagement. For example, they added:
- Water Cooler Convos across numerous community group channels to encourage fun and meaningful dialogue
- Intros to their coffee chats channel so that employees would be randomly matched and encouraged to connect with one another
- Ice Cream Shout-Outs to their appreciation channel to encourage recognition across their organization
- Birthdays and Anniversaries to a celebrations channel to recognize employees on their special day
In less than a year of utilizing Luna Park, Superside has achieved great heights, empowering their workforce to integrate with one another.
