The Luna Park Slack Toolkit is a suite of tools including Intros, Ice Cream Shoutouts, Celebrations, and Water Coolers. Each tool tackles a unique element of team building from cross department connections, to fostering a culture of recognition.

Intros must be installed into one of your slack channels. It will then randomly select people within the channel, and encourage them to meet up with each other. Frequency and group size is determined by the admin.

Install Water Coolers into a slack channel of your choice, and select a cadence. At the provided cadence, we’ll send a conversation starter into that channel, and your team can jump in and participate in the conversation asynchronously.

Install the Ice Cream Shoutouts program into a slack channel of your choice. Colleagues then gift 🍦to other by including it with the recipient's name via a Slack message. We’ll send regular leaderboard updates to the team showcasing who has received the most ice creams that week.

We work with teams of 50 all the way up to teams of tens of thousands. The toolkit works great across various team sizes.

We created these Slack tools with an international team in mind (Luna Park is an international team). The asynchronous nature of these tools ensures everyone can participate on an equal playing field.
